Beginners Yoga Club @ Main Library In-Person

The Beginners Yoga Club meets most Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. and Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. This is gentle yoga for adults, led by volunteers.

No experience is necessary and no registration required. Participation is on a first-come, first-admitted basis, until the room is full.

Wear loose clothing and come prepared to relax and make new friends. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a water bottle.

Please note class does get displaced by other library programs. If it’s not on the calendar for a particular Wednesday or Saturday, there is no class that day.
