QiGong for All Ages with Kevin Kuo @ Main Library In-Person
QiGong, pronounced “chee-gong,” is a form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise and meditation that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and mental focusing to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health. QiGong can help with relaxation, stress reduction, improved immune response, and increased stamina. It can also be used to treat conditions such as high blood pressure, respiratory issues, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Instructor Kevin Kuo, from White Deer Meditation, is back to continue his journey of teaching this beneficial practice to all who are interested. Class immediately follows Saturday Yoga and is open to participants of every age and level of experience.
Registration is preferred but walk-ins are also welcome as space allows.
