Back to School Yoga for Teens/Tweens @ Sussex-Wantage In-Person

Feeling the pressure of a new school year? Join us for a calming yoga and mindfulness session designed just for tweens and teens. We’ll explore gentle movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation strategies to help manage stress, ease anxiety, and build confidence for the year ahead. No experience needed.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle as well as a mat or towel.
