Chair Yoga with the Traveling Yogi @ Main Library In-Person
This accessible class is designed for anyone looking to improve flexibility, build strength, and find ease in movement - all from the support of a chair. Perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone who prefers a seated practice.
Don't miss this safe and supportive way to connect with your body and calm your mind. After 50 minutes of movement followed by 10 minutes of meditation you'll leave class feeling refreshed and renewed.
