Cosmic Kids Yoga @ Dorothy Henry In-Person

Stretch, breathe, and move your way to fun with Cosmic Kids Yoga! Follow along with a yoga adventure that gets bodies moving and imaginations soaring. Perfect for ages 3-8, this interactive program combines mindfulness and movement in a fun way. No experience needed—just come ready to move and have fun! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink and a mat or towel.
